Reviewers in Rawang rate this hall very highly for cleanliness, bright lighting, and courts that feel comfortable to play on. Staff get frequent praise for being polite and quick to help with bookings and rescheduling. Parking is the one mild gripe, described as just ok.
Courts are well-regarded and prices are reasonable, but staff reliability is a serious problem. Bookings often fail to sync with the system, opening times slip by over an hour, and customer service complaints are frequent. Best for committed regulars who can work around the operational hassles.
Playing here is hit-or-miss. Parking and court quantity are real strengths, but heat, poor lighting, and damaged courts are consistent gripes. Some say ventilation has improved; others report it's still too hot to play comfortably. Staff rudeness during booking added to frustration for at least one customer.

Only nine Google reviews exist, so evidence is thin. Reviewers mention coach training and clean courts. Earlier complaints about stuffy air were followed by a reported improvement.
Reviewers who visited recently praise the refurbished courts, clean facilities, and good lighting. Flooring is non-slip, parking is ample, and a pro shop is on-site. The booking process runs smoothly now. However, serious unresolved refund claims from five months ago remain a major issue. Older reviews cite poor ventilation, past water shortages, and booking system failures. The current management has improved physical conditions, but communication about customer money has not kept pace.
Multiple reviewers report the hall is uncomfortably hot despite air conditioning claims, with damaged courts and slow repairs. Booking management relies on handwritten records, leading to missed reservations, while staff communication is reported as dismissive and rude.
