Corrections, disputes and removals

Kuala Lumpur Badminton Court Guide is an independent directory of badminton court businesses across the Klang Valley. Listings draw from publicly available business information, while scores and review summaries come from a single, fixed rubric applied uniformly to all Google reviews for each court. Listing here is free. Payment cannot change your score or move your ranking. This page explains how to correct factual details, challenge a score, request removal, or understand what happens to your listing. The full rubric is published under how we rank.

Correcting factual details

Your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services can be corrected when you provide the right information together with evidence we can verify, such as your website or Google Business Profile. Once a correction is made, it remains in place through all future data updates. Send corrections with a link or screenshot showing the source, and we will review it within 5 business days.

Disputing your score

Scores are calculated, never edited by hand. If you believe your score is wrong, the issue is almost always with the input data. A dispute means the wrong business profile was matched to your listing, reviews from another court were attributed to yours, or our summary of what reviewers wrote does not match what they actually said. We re-examine the source data and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number or a way to ask us to change how we score.

Requesting removal

We remove listings when a business has closed permanently, when duplicate entries exist for the same business, or when a listing falls outside the directory's scope. Monthly verification also automatically removes permanently closed businesses. If your business is currently operating and you are within the Klang Valley badminton court market, your listing may be declined. We will explain the reason plainly.

How fast we respond

Every request receives an acknowledgement within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are completed within 7 days. Declined requests include a clear reason for the decision.
