Thomas Cupper splits sharply: half give five stars praising space and pickleball conversion at low cost, half give one star citing poor lighting, heat during peak hours, and staff who chase off players practicing on empty courts. Limited detail on recurring praise makes pattern reading difficult.

Pusat Sukan Desa Petaling gets praise for its roomy, clean courts and friendly staff. Reviewers also like the quick stringing and patient coaches. Complaints focus on slow replies to calls and WhatsApp, a rude counter worker, and a parking fee dispute.
