Reviewers keep coming back to the coaching. Most say the coaches explain technique clearly and spot weak points fast. Training is described as intense, organised, and fun, with many players reporting real gains in skill and confidence over one to two weeks.
Several long-stay players, including families and visitors from Brazil, England, and Singapore, describe multi-week programmes. Head Coach Andrew Chang and Assistant Coach Alfred come up often. Reviewers also mention footwork drills, multi-shuttle feeding, and help finding sparring partners and tournament experience.
Shuttle Bug offers 10 courts in a convenient Taman OUG location with parking and nearby food options. Quality depends on timing: some find good lighting and helpful staff, while others report locked emergency exits, poor ventilation, crowding during peak hours, and unprompt lighting. Safety concerns and ventilation issues have deterred repeat visits.
Reviewers praise the clean, comfortable courts and the friendly coaching. Heat, weak airflow, and dark walkways come up often in the lower ratings. One reviewer reported a damaged court and a sprained ankle, and another found staff unwelcoming over a reschedule request.
