Stadium Juara earns consistent praise for clean courts, effective air conditioning, and hosting capacity for major tournaments and events like MPL. The coaching academy and rental facilities draw five-star reviews, though visitors repeatedly flag limited parking and inadequate toilet and prayer room facilities during peak events.
Kompleks Sukan Bukit Kiara draws players mainly for its air-conditioned badminton courts and range of sports amenities across a spacious site. Lighting for night games and basic cleanliness remain sore points; toilets and the prayer room need attention.
Air-conditioned courts attract both serious players and those who sweat easily, and management has shown willingness to fix reported problems. Lighting and court unevenness frustrate regular users, and several incidents of staff rudeness have left a mark, though friendlier staff members are also noted.
BAM Main Lobby is a national-level training facility with air conditioning and large courts, but enforcement of booking rules and phone availability are inconsistent. Some reviewers praise the training standard; others report confrontational staff and unanswered calls.
