Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, with one reviewer naming Afiq for patience and care. Courts are called clean and the prices cheap. Parking is the main gripe, especially at peak hours and on the damaged road surface.

One reviewer noted slow service at the on-site stringing counter, but coaching quality and overall experience dominate the feedback.
