Courts are often dirty and poorly ventilated; air conditioning insufficient. Staff are frequently rude, late to counter, or missing entirely, and struggle with simple courtesies. Payment limited to cash and card above RM50, despite repeated customer requests for digital options like TNG. Racket stringing service has caused damage to equipment with staff dismissing complaints. Lighting is dim. Though facilities exist, execution and service consistently disappoint.
