Players like the big space, the low prices, and the online booking. Some reviewers say the counter phone is hard to reach. One recent complaint describes rude staff who left the hall dark at closing.

Courts are well-maintained with quality rubber mats, and amenities include prayer room and shower facilities. Lighting placement sometimes makes the ball hard to track, but overall condition and playing surface satisfy regular users.
