Badminton Bay consistently earns praise for welcoming staff, reasonable pricing, and fast service. Customers highlight the quick stringing turnaround, broad stock of rackets and shoes, and responsive WhatsApp communication that makes the shopping and equipment prep straightforward.
Courts are rubber and well-kept with good parking, but poor ventilation and no AC make the space uncomfortably hot during peak hours. Serious complaints centre on dirty toilets and staff behaviour at the entrance, which have driven some players away despite decent pricing at RM35/hour.
Most reviewers rate courts and facilities highly, with praise for weekday badminton and weekend pickleball availability. One complaint about poor lighting during evening play warrants mention.
Clean rubber courts and convenient location near the train station draw players, but persistent complaints about poor ventilation, insufficient lighting, and rude staff behaviour overshadow the experience. Amenities like washrooms need attention, though hourly booking remains straightforward.
